1/4 c green onion

3/4 c cooked chicken cubed
3/4 cooked broccoli chopped
1 1/2 c swiss cheese
1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Bake pie crust coverd with double thickness heavy-duty foil for 5 minutes. Remove foil and back for 6 more minute3s or until pastry is almost done. Remove from oven and reduce oven temp to 325 degrees. While crust is cooking, stir together eggs, half and half, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add cooked chicken, cooked broccoli, cheese and flour. Pour into hot pastry shell. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
