How Do I Make Chicken Sausage Eggs?

Here is how you make Chicken Sausage Eggs:

Dice tomato, yellow pepper, onion and chicken sausage. Beat 4 eggs in a separate bowl with milk and set aside. Spray a pan with with olive oil and set over medium high heat. Saute over medium high heat until onions are tender and sausage starts to brown. Add a dash of salt if desired. Pour eggs over saut?ed vegetables and sausage and turn heat down to medium. Top with fresh cilantro and cook until eggs are done, about 1 minute. Turn off heat and spray with cheese.Serve with salsa and bread if desired. Serves 2.
