Here is how you make Cranberry Chocolate Pancake:

Mix dry ingredients, then add egg substitute. I add my cranberries and chocolate last. I let the mixture sit for a few minutes while my small omlette pan warms up (medium heat). I pour the mixture in, spread it into a pancake shape, then let cook for 7 minutes on the first side. After my timer goes off, I flip the pancake and let it cook for 3 minutes.
