Here is how you make Chocolate and macadamia granola:

Mix the oats, nuts and coconut in a large bowl.Mix the cocoa, brown sugar and coconut oil in a small bowl.Pour the cocoa mixture into the large bowl and mix well (until all dry ingredients have some of the cocoa mixture on them).Spread mix onto 2 large baking sheets (line with baking paper if you wish).Cook at 150 degrees C for 10 minutes. Stir. Cook for another 10 minutes and stir. Drizzle honey over if you are using it.
