Mix together.In a small saucepan, add oil, honey or agave, cocoa and sugar. On medium heat, bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Once ingredients are mixed and the mixture is simmering, remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over oats mixture.Stir well and pour onto a baking sheet sprayed with Pam or otherwise greased.Bake for 15 minutes, stir and then bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool on baking rack and then move to an airtight container.
