6 tbsp warm water
2 cups 100% white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cococa powder (I prefer Hershey's dark cocoa powder)
5 tsp baking powder
2 tsp espresso powder (optional)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp Olive Oil
5.3 oz Yoplait Vanilla Greek Yogurt


How Do I Make Whole Wheat Chocolate Donut Holes?

Here is how you make Whole Wheat Chocolate Donut Holes:

In a small bowl, combine flax seed with water and let rest. In the mean time, wisk together all dry ingredients (four, cocoa, baking powder, espresso powder, chocolate chips and salt) in a medium mixing bowl and make a well in the center. In a small mixing bowl, combine the remaining wet ingredients including the flax mixture (flax, eggs, vanilla, olive oil and yogurt). Pour all at once into well of wet ingredients and combine with an electric mixer til combined, scraping sides of bowl as necessary. Heat electric cake pop maker and drop by scant tablespoon size into each cup. Close and bake for approx 3-4 min or until center is done. Dust baked donut holes with powdered sugar before serving.
