This is my Sunday morning tradition. Homemade rolls from a basic biscuit batter that are easy and delicious at breakfast. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add softened margarine and cut in using a pastry cutter or two forks. The mixture should look crumby. Add buttermilk and Stir until just blended. Turn out and knead on a well floured surface until smooth. Roll into a 15x8-inch rectangle. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread softened margarine over the dough then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Roll up like a jelly roll and pinch seam to seal. Cut into 8 slices and place in the baking pan. Bake until lightly browned and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
