1 T cornstarch, dissolved in cold water


How Do I Make Hot Cinnamon Apples?

Here is how you make Hot Cinnamon Apples:

Core and chop two large apples, leaving the skin on. Place apples, water, cinnamon and sweetener in a small sauce pot and heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the mixture comes to a bubble. Combine cornstarch with a little cold water to dissolve. (I use a small plastic container and shake it up). While mixture is at a good simmer, stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.Serve hot over ice cream or with oatmeal.
