Set aside to cool. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat eggs and vanilla on medium until light and fluffy. Turn the mixer down to low and slowly drizzle cooled butter/honey mixture in. Add the almond flour, apple cider vinegar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt. Mix on medium speed until mixture is very well-combined. The resulting batter will be a thick paste, like brownie batter.Scoop the batter into a large ziplock bag. Squeeze the batter into one corner opposite the ziplock seal. Twist it tight and snip 1/2″ off of the corner of the bag holding the dough. Pipe the dough into the donut cavities to 2/3 of the way full. Bake 15-18 minutes (rotating the pan halfway through) until slightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before inverting onto a cooling rack.
