1 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
4 tsp. vital wheat gluten (opt.)

1/2 brown sugar, packed
5 tbsp. butter, melted
4 tsp. cinnamon

Here is how you make BEST Cinnamon Rolls:

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of the flour and yeast; set aside. In a medium saucepan heat and stir milk, the 1/3 cup sugar, the 1/3 cup butter and salt, just until warm (about 120 to 130 degrees) and butter almost melts. Add milk mixture to dry mixture along with eggs. Beat with an electric mixer on low to medium speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl. Beat on high speed 3 minutes. Change mixer beaters to dough hooks. Add remaining flour and vital wheat gluten. Blend with dough hooks until well mixed---dough will form one ball and will come away from sides of bowl (can also be mixed by hand with wooden spoon).Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic (3 to 5 minutes). Shape dough into a ball. Place dough in bowl sprayed with oil---spray top of dough. Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size (at least an hour). On floured surface, roll dough out into large rectangle---about 20x14. Combine 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 packed brown sugar, and 4 tsp cinnamon. Brush melted butter over dough and sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture over. Roll up starting from a long side. Trim ends. Cut into evenly spaced slices. Place on greased cookie sheet(s), leaving space for rolls to rise. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. (OR set in warm place to rise about 30 minutes to cook immediately). Remove from refrigerator about 30-60 minutes before baking.Heat oven to 350. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Cool slightly. Drizzle with powdered sugar icing.Icing:Mix powdered sugar and vanilla, add just enough milk to make a drizzle-consistency icing.Serving Size:?18 - 24 depending on size
