Preheat oven to 375Combine 1 cup of flour, 1 cup Greek Yogurt and 1.5 tsp vanilla in a bowl until a dough starts to form. DO NOT USE REGULAR YOGURT - the thicker your greek yogurt, the better. You may need to add some additional flour to keep the dough from sticking - you want it to be a bit crumbly.Flour your work surface and roll dough out into a rectangle, about 1/4" thick. lightly brush melted butter over surface, and top with brown sugar splenda and cinnamonRoll the dough, jelly roll style, into a log. Slice log into 8 discs, and flat on a lined cookie sheet,Bake in 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes (all ovens vary - start checking around 25 min)While rolls are baking, combine softened cream cheese, vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar splenda. Set aside until rolls are done baking.When rolls are done, remove from oven and spoon a little icing on each roll. (Depending on how much icing you like, you may have a little leftover icing. I prefer lighter icing, so I always have some extra.
