Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for another 10 minutes. Butter a 9" x 13" x 2" inch baking pan.Roll and stretch dough into a 15" x 24" rectangle. Brush the softened butter over the top with a rubber spatula & then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Starting with long edge, roll up dough and pinch seams to seal. Lighly mark roll with knife into 1 1/2" sections. With a sharp knife, serrated knife, or dental floss, cut rolls completely through. Place cut side up in baking pan, flattening only slightly (12 rolls in 9" x 13" pan and 3 in loaf or cake pan). The rolls should not touch each other before rising and baking. Do not pack the unbaked cinnamon rolls together. At this point rolls can be covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated for a night or two. They can also be frozen for 1 month. Before baking, allow frozen rolls to thaw completely and rise in a warm place (maybe 10 - 12 hours before baking). If rolls were refrigerated, they can be baked upon removing from the refrigerator or let come to room temperature. They do a slow rise overnight and it is not necessary to let them come to room temperature before baking. To bake immediately after making, let rise in warm place for 45 to 60 minutes (or until doubled in size - rolls should be touching each other).Bake approximately 20 - 25 minutes.Number of Servings: 15Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user FITJANICE2009.What's The Nutritional Info For Harvest Cinnamon Rolls? The nutritional information for Harvest Cinnamon Rolls is:
