In large bowl combine oats, pecans, & coconut. In a small pan melt butter, remove from stove & add extract, salt, & Splenda. mix until disolved. Add to dry mix to coat. Spread on a Pam Sprayed cookie sheet & bake for 25 mins at 325 degrees stir during baking.
