1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Preheat oven to 350F (180C)Spray medium skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.Add onions and saute until translucent, about 3 minutes.Add the red pepper and corn kernels and saute an additional 5 minutes, then set aside.In a food processor or blender, add the tofu, baking powder, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Transfer to a 9-inch round pie pan and press evenly into the pan. Or transfer into ramekins for individual servings, pressing evenly into ramekins.For pie pan, bake uncovered 50-60 minutes or until top is golden brown.For ramekins, bake 30-40 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
