Storing: These are good to store. Place cakes in a big zip lock bag (they taste better the second day) and whenever you want one pop it in the toaster or microwave for a bit and boom breakfast or a yummy dessert. I eat mine with light syrup and a spoon of nonfat vanilla yogurt. They taste similar to an orange fruit loop. (In my opinion) Tips: Its nice to add chopped nuts or seeds too! *Also if your mixture seems a bit dry add in 1/4 cup of water and stir/fold gently. *if it seems to wet add in 1/4 cup pancake mix.
