6 oz Egg Whites (All whites Egg beaters)
1/2 cup 1% low - fat milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine


How Do I Make Lauras Crepes?

Here is how you make Lauras Crepes:

Whisk flour, eggs, milk and water together in a large bowl. Mix in salt and melted butter. Batter should be pretty thin. If it's too thick, add a little bit more butter until runny.Heat a frying pan to medium hear and lightly coat with cooking spray. When pan is warm, spoon out a ladle full of batter and pour into the middle of the pan. Pick up the pan by the handle and rotate until the batter runs to the very edges forming a thin layer batter over bottom of pan. Let cook for about a minute to a minute and a half or until golden brown; flip and cook on the other side.
