How Do I Make Rye Crepes?

Here is how you make Rye Crepes:

In a bowl mix the eggs, butter and the sugar. Than add the milk, 2 tbs of orange juice. I added 1 tb of vanilla and a pinch of salt. Mix all toger. Than add 0.5 cup of rye flower. Mix well together. You can mix either with an electric mixer or manualy. Let the batter for 1 hour in the fridge to rest. And then you cook them in a non stick pan. You can make 8-10 crepes.
