In a blender add all liquid ingredients. Slowly add flour. Blend until all ingredients are fully mixed, for about 30 seconds. Let mixture rest for about a half hour. Heat frying pan or crepe pan on medium heat. Spray with Pam when heated. Pour just enough batter to cover your pan in middle and raise and tilt pan until mixture flows evenly to edges and around pan. Keep tilting until mixture stops flowing. Leave pan on heat until edges are golden and crispy. Gently with a large spatula, flip crepe over to cook other side. Crepes should be slightly crispy at the edges and golden brown all over.
