Here is how you make Easy Almond Flour Biscuits:

Preheat oven to 400F. Use chillled almond flour, cold eggs and cold butter. Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Add cold butter and work in til crumbly. In a food processor briefly pulse til crumbly. In small glass bowl,whisk eggs with a fork or whisk until they are slightly frothy, about 30 seconds.Blend eggs into flour with a knife until just combined. (Or briefly Pulse in processor until just mixed, then fold together with rubber spatula). Do not overwork.Drop 6 neat spoonfuls of batter onto baking sheet lined w/parchment, spaced apart. If ingredients were not cold, refrigerate for 20 minutes before baking.Bake immediately in preheated 400 F oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.Serving Size: Makes 6 biscuits
