2 large Egg Whites, lightly beaten
Cooking Spray
1 large Yellow Delicious Apple
1 Tbsp. Excalibur Cinnamon Toast Seasoning (Cinnamon, Cocoa & Sugar Blend)

Yield: 8 (4 inch) waffles. Serving: 1 waffle.Cook time: About 5-6 minutes per batch until golden brown.1. Dice 1 (I used Yellow Delicious) medium apple into chunks. Put in small bowl in microwave & cook for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups and level with knife. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, & cinnamon toast seasoning into a medium bowl; stir with a whisk. Combine milk, oil egg OR egg beaters, and egg whites in a small bowl; add to flour mixture, stirring until well blended.2. Coat a waffle iron with cooking spray, and preheat. Spoon about 1/3 cup of batter into iron. Sprinkle some of the cooked apples (about 1/8) on top of batter.
