These work great because they are so easy to make, store & reheat!You can make with sausage (or any meat of your choice) if you prefer but the nutrion displayed is based on low sodium ham. My b'friend has his with no cheese & says there are great, so feel free to experiement

1 cup Bisquick Healthy Heart pancake mix
12 small (1 oz) round low sodium fat free ham slices (any brand will do)
3/4 cup Egg Beaters
1/4 cup Lactaid Fat Free Milk (this is what I use & is included in the nutritional values)
12 slices of Kraft Fat Free Singles American Cheese

Here is how you make Easy Breakfast Biscuits:

pre-heat oven to 3501. Spray a muffin tin with zero calorio spray or dip your finger in olive oil & coat the inside of each muffin tin. 2. make biscuick acording to box directions. I made mine with water.3. With a regular spoon, spoon about a tablespoon of bisquick mixture into each tin4. bake for 3 or 4 minutes to set bisquick5. mix egg beaters & milk. 6. pour about 1 tblspn into each tin or till all the egg/milk mixture is gone7. bake for about 5 minutes to set eggs.8. place cheese on top of each biscuit (easier clean up if you cut cheese slice in quaters & place in center of biscuit)9. top biscuit with ham10. place in over for about 15 minutes or till ham is cooked11. remove from oven & allow to cool completely.12. enjoy immediately or freeze for another timeServing Size:?makes 12 biscuits
