Here is how you make Easy Breakfast Omelet:

In 2 large nonstick skillets or a 2 piece omelet pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, ham, and spinach leaves and saut? until the spinach is wilted. Meanwhile, crack eggs into mixing bowl. Add the buttermilk and whisk. Pour into the pain with the meat and vegetables. Scatter the diced cheese over the top. Cook until the edges are beginning to dry, using a rubber spatula to gently lift the edges to allow uncooked egg portion to run under. Put the top pan in place and flip over. The omelet will fall into the second pan. Cook another 2 to 3 minutes.
