2 tbsp white vinegar

Here is how you make Easy breakfast sandwich:

Slice English muffins in half. Place on baking sheet. Place slice of cheese and slice of hard salami on bottom part of muffin. Put in 350 degree oven for about three minutes, or until cheese is melted and topsare browned. Place 3 inches of water in deep sautee pan and place on stove on high. Add vinegar to water. Crack egg into bowl. When water is simmering, gently pour egg into sautee pan, and cook until whites are set and yellow is slightly firm. Cook sliced tomato with salt, pepper and oregano in pan until warmed through. Remove muffins from oven, place tomato slice on top. Remove egg from pan with slotted spoon and place on top of tomato.
