This recipe is so quick and easy that anyone could do it and doesn't take much time at all. I get the milk ready to put in the microwave to heat, then separate the eggs and mix with pepper, then heat the pan and butter my rye the same time, then put the egg mixture into pan and turn on microwave to heat milk and and just as the eggsare ready to be flipped, the milk is done and I add the sugar substitute and cocoa then mix well. Then add the cheese to the eggs and it's all done in about 2-3 minutes. So anyone can make time to have a healthy breakfast. Serves 1

Gently whip egg whites with black pepper, set aside. Heat frying pan, spray pan with Fat-free cooking spray. Add egg mixture to pan.
