How Do I Make Easy Cinnamon Scones?

Here is how you make Easy Cinnamon Scones:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Cut shortening into dry ingredients or mix with your hands until crumbly. In a small bowl combine skim milk, egg slightly beaten and vanilla extract. Fold wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with wooden spoon. Using your hands form dough into an 8 inch circle. If dough is sticky use a little flour to make it easier to work with. Cut 8 triangles in the dough. Place scones on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
