Combine the oats, flax seeds, raisins, pumpkin seeds, coconut, protein powder and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and sweetener. Pour the milk mixture over the oat mixture and stir until just moistened. Press the granola into the prepared pan, then bake for about 30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
