Best herbs into egg substitute with a fork. Over Med to med high heat- place a large nonstick pan spray with butter flavor PAM for extra flavor! Pour in egg mixture and sprinkle ham and crab over all. Cook- breaking bubbles as the form and allowing liquid to run into openings from bubbles- until egg is slightly brown on bottom. Fold in half and cintinue cooking until firm all the way through. ( I slice the omlette in two after folding over to make it easier to flip side to finish cooking.) When ready to serve - sprinkle additional chives over and if you like- add a dollop of Fat free sour cream( not in cal count) as a garnish! SUPER YUMMY and an unexpected combination!
