Here is how you make Egg McPrism:

In a small frying pan sprayed with Pam, fry egg breaking yolk at the beginning so it can cook completely. Using a spatula, pull edges in so that the egg is no larger than the rice cake. Turn egg half way through cooking.*After turning the egg, cut ham in half and place in frying pan on the sides. Turn ham once.*When egg is completely done, place cheese on top and both pieces of ham on top of that.
