Spread the butter spread on all side of the bread. Use a glass or biscuit cutter to cut out a circle in the center of the bread. Put all four pieces in skillet and crack each egg letting it fill the open center of bread. I also sprinkle eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. After a couple of minutes turn all pieces over, toasting bread and cooking the eggs to your taste. I prefer cooking eggs to an over medium so I will have some yolk to run onto bread. That should take a couple more minutes. Then I remove from pan and use the jelly on the little circles.
