How Do I Make Fall French Toast?

Here is how you make Fall French Toast:

Spray a frying pan lightly with cooking spray. Heat it over medium heat. In a plate, pour 1/4 cup of egg substitute and mix in cinnamon. Place one slice of bread in mixture and then flip, coating both sides of bread. Place bread in pan and flip over only after a few seconds to keep it from sticking. Do this again to keep the other side from sticking. Then, let the bread cook until it is lightly golden on both sides. Remove from pan and place on a plate. Drizzle one tsp of honey on top and then top with 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. Repeat process with the second slice.
