Makes 2 slices of french toast.1. Spray frying pan with olive oil cooking spray and turn burner to medium heat.2. Mix 2 eggs, 2 T skim milk, 1 T ground cinnamon and 2 tsp ground flaxseed in bowl.3. Place 1 slice of bread into the bowl of mixed ingredients and flip back and forth until fully saturated. Place dipped bread on frying pan. Repeat with other slice of bread.4. Sprinkle remaining 1 tsp of flaxseed onto top of bread in frying pan.5. Cook until golden brown on both sides.6.
