Warm oven (getting ready to broil) 2. Place a pat of butter in your small iron frying pan and turn heat to low to melt butter (make sure whole bottom of pan has a little butter glazed on it. 3. chop pepper, onion and half tomato into small bite size pieces. place in onion and pepper into the frying pan to soften. Save tomato bits to the side.4. Scramble two large eggs in a bowl, and when onions are translucent, place eggs on top of onion and peppers.
