Chop bell pepper into small pieces. Thaw broccoli florets in microwave. Melt butter in skillet. While it melts, mix together eggs and egg beaters. Add whatever seasoning you'd like (I recommend McCormick's Seasoned Salt). Pour egg mixture into skillet. Add broccoli, orange bell pepper, and diced ham. Mix around so the veggie-ham mixture is spread evenly throughout the egg mixture. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium-high heat. Once eggs are mostly set, transfer uncovered skillet to a 350 degree oven and bake for 10 minutes. Once egg mixture is set, top with cheese and return to oven for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
