Melt butter in a non-stick, oven-safe skillet. Mix together Eggbeaters and eggs in a medium bowl with seasonings. Add peppers and onions. Mix well and pour into skillet. Add mushrooms and ham, using spatula to spread them around in the egg mixture. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, until egg is mostly set. Transfer to a 350 degree oven.
