1. Chop bell peppers and onions and saute in small pan using nonstick spray. Remove and set aside in small bowl.2. Add eggs and half and half to blender. Blend on low for about 20 seconds.3. Add a bit more nonstick spray to small pan (make sure it's one that can go into the oven as well). Heat for a few seconds, then pour egg mixture into pan. 4. Sprinkle sauteed onions and bell peppers into egg mixture in pan.5. Cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Do not stir or move the eggs around.6. Place pan into 375 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until egg won't wiggle when you touch the pan.7.
