1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 cup coconut
1 cup dry roasted salted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup milled flaxseed
2 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup Wesson best blend veg and canola oil
1/3 cup apple juice concentrate
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 1/3 cups Craisins
1 cup dried blueberries
2 cups dried cherries

Here is how you make Granola #2:

Mix oats, nuts, cinnamon and brown sugar.Mix oil, apple juice concentrate, honey, maple syrup, vanilla together and add to oats mixture.Bake at 325 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. After the first 15 minutes, add coconut and flaxseed.Remove from oven and cool. (Had to cook in two batches)After cool, add dried fruits.Makes a ton. Great to send back with your college kids.(I would use less salt next time. Can also add wheat germ with coconut and flaxseed.)
