Oil a 9 x 13 baking pan thouroughly or use a disposable aluminum pan.Warm the sweetened condensed milk and molasses in a pan over medium-low heat.Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Then stir in the warmed milk and molasses mixture. Make sure to stir well.Spread the mixture into the oiled or foil pan and using a sheet of waxed paper press down on the mixture until the surface is even.Bake for one hour. Let cool for 15 minutes, cut into bars or squares. Let cool completely before removing from pan.
