How Do I Make Chia Granola?

Here is how you make Chia Granola:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cacao nibs and goji berries in a bowl. Pour onto a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, stir, and place back in oven. Repeat this every 15 minutes for one hour or until lightly golden. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn!Remove from oven and add goji berries and cacao nibs. Mix.
