What Are The Ingredients For Healthy Loaded Granola Recipe?The ingredients for Healthy Loaded Granola are: 6 cups old fashioned oats (not quick oats)1 cup chopped raw walnuts 1 cup raw sliced almonds 1/4 cup whole raw almonds 1/4 cup raw chopped pecans 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp ground cardamon 2 TBLS Chia Seeds 1/4 Natural unsweetened coconut chips 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 1/4 cup blue agave 1/4 cup local honey 1 TBLS pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup organic extra virgin coconut oil How Do I Make Healthy Loaded Granola?Here is how you make Healthy Loaded Granola: Combine oats, nuts & seeds, cinnamon & cardamon, Chia Seeds, and Coconut chips in a large bowl. Mix well.Combine Coconut oil, Maple Syrup, Agave, and honey in a small sauce pan and heat till coconut oil is melted. Mix well and add Vanilla extract. Pour warm liquid over dry ingredients and mix very well. Pour onto two large cookie sheets lined with parchment paper and cook in 325 oven for 10 minutes. Take out and turn granola and mix a little. Return to oven for another 10 to 15 minutes. Watch closely the last 5 minutes so you don't burn it. Remove from the oven and cool. Add rasins and cranberries and store in large jar.
