What Are The Ingredients For Gluten Free (or not) Granola Recipe? The ingredients for Gluten Free (or not) Granola are: 1 cup gf oats1/2 c any gf cereal (GF Rice Krispies, etc) 1/4 c nuts, chopped 1/4 c dried fruit, cut into raisin-size pieces 2 Tablespoons butter (can use coconut oil for dairy free) 1 Tablespoon sugar 1 Tablespoon water 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup honey How Do I Make Gluten Free (or not) Granola? Here is how you make Gluten Free (or not) Granola: Heat oven to 300. Prepare a 9x13 baking sheet by putting a piece of parchment paper on it, then spraying the parchment with non stick spray.1 cup gf oats (Bob's Red Mill is what I used)1/2 c any gf cereal1/4 c nuts, chopped1/4 c dried fruit, cut into raisin-size piecesToast the above in a 12 inch non stick skillet. Set aside in a bowl.2 Tablespoons butter (can use coconut oil for dairy free)1 Tablespoon sugar1 Tablespoon waterMelt butter in same non stick skillet. Add water and sugar, stir to combine and cook just until it starts bubbling.1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 cup honeyAdd the vanilla and honey to the butter/sugar/water mixture and cook until combined and bubbly. Add the oat mixture into the pan and stir to coat all the dry ingredients with the honey mixture. Scrape onto prepared baking sheet and bake until the granola is a light to medium golden brown. This can take from 8 to 20 minutes. I think it is largely dependent on how cooked the honey mixture was before adding the dry ingredients. When you take the pan out of the oven, it will still seem "wet", but will harden as it cools. When it is completely cooled, break into smaller pieces and store in an airtight container for up to a week.Serving Size: makes about 14 ounces (1 ounce serving)Number of Servings: 14Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user EVILBUNNY65.What's The Nutritional Info For Gluten Free (or not) Granola? The nutritional information for Gluten Free (or not) Granola is:
