Here is how you make Autumn Island Granola:

Begin by pre-heating oven to 275 degrees. rough chop almonds into bite sized pieces and Add all ingredients except raisins into a large mixing bowl. Mix ingredients well until all oats are coated (please note not to use instant oats, these are harder for your body to digest and also, dry out significantly when baked). Pour Mixture into a 9x12 inch deep dish pan and bake for 35 minutes. Remove pan and add raisins stirring to distribute all contents evenly. Bake for the remaining 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove Granola and allow to cool. Recipe makes approximately 7 servings (1/2 cup per serving).
