How Do I Make Amy's Granola Barnes?

Here is how you make Amy's Granola Barnes:

Toast oats, pumpkin seeds, flax seed, and nuts in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Stir often to prevent burning. In saucepan, bring honey, butter and brown sugar to a boil. Turn off heat. Add vanilla. In large bowl, combine toasted grains, honey mixture and dried fruit. Stir well to coat everything. Pour into 9x13 pan that has been lined with waxed paper. Using another piece of well-oiled waxed paper on top of granola, press down firmly so that the ingredients are compact and firmly held together.
