What Are The Ingredients For Julie's Granola Bars Recipe?The ingredients for Julie's Granola Bars are: 2 C. rolled oats1 C. quick-cooking oats 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 C. raw almonds 1/2 C. pumpkin seeds 1/4 C. sunflower seeds 1/4 C. flax seed meal 1/4 C sesame seeds '2 Tbs. olive oil 1/3 C. pure maple syrup 1/4 C. honey 1/4 Silk original soy milk 1 tsp. almond flavoring 1/4 C shredded coconut How Do I Make Julie's Granola Bars?Here is how you make Julie's Granola Bars: Preheat oven to 350 degrees FProcess 2 C rolled oats in blender or food processor until they become flour like. Mix "oat flour" with dry ingredients (except coconut) in a bowl.Heat liquid ingredients in the microwave for 2 minutes.Stir together and add all wet ingredients to the dry mixture. Stir until well combined.Line a 7" x 14", or similar, with parchment paper. Add mixture to the dish, top with coconut, press down with a spatula. With a knife, cut the whole sheet into 16 bars. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, lower temperature to 225 degrees. Bake for an additional 40 minutes. Turn off oven and let bars cool in oven.When cool, cut again and store in a Ziploc type bag or an air-tight container.
