110g / 3/4 cup Sesame Seeds
50g / 1/2 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
3 tsp, packed Light Brown Sugar (more if using unsweetened applesauce)
2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Ground Ginger

3/4 cup apple sauce (preferably unsweetened/low in added sugar)
1/4 olive oil
2 Tbs Maple Syrup

***After cooking ingredients***
30g / 1/2 cup Coconut flakes, unsweetened
80g / 3/4 cup dried cranberries


How Do I Make Super Seed Power Granola?

Here is how you make Super Seed Power Granola:

Preheat over to 350?F / 180?C. In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients (EXCEPT coconut & dried fruit) and mix. In a separate, smaller bowl, combine liquid ingredients and stir to combine. Pour wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly - at least 3 - 5 minutes! Once thoroughly combined, spread the mixture evenly on two or three rimmed baking sheets. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes, stiring the mixture on each sheet once halfway through baking. Add the coconut flakes to the mix at this halfway point. When the mixture is golden and toasty smelling, remove from oven and allow the granola to cool. Mix in cranberries and transfer to an airtight container (tupperware, large zip-lock bag, canister, etc.). Can be stored in the freezer to keep even fresher. Serving Size:?Makes at least twenty 1/2 cup servings (10 cups)
