What Are The Ingredients For Kenna's Chewy Granola Snack Recipe?The ingredients for Kenna's Chewy Granola Snack are: 20 cups oats, regular, quick or mixed2 cups nonfat dry milk powder 1/4 cup cinnamon 2 t. salt 8 cups chopped nuts of choice (I use almonds, filberts, peanuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, peanuts, mixed nuts, cashews etc) 1 cup brown sugar 1 2/3 cup olive oil 1 2/3 cup honey 2 cups mini chocolate chips of choice How Do I Make Kenna's Chewy Granola Snack?Here is how you make Kenna's Chewy Granola Snack: Combine all dry ingredients mixing well. Set aside in a LARGE mixing container.Heat brown sugar, oil and honey in a medium saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Bring just to a boil then remove from heat.Pour over dry ingredients and mix until your arm wants to fall off. Mix some more smashing the mixture to pick up any dry particles. If it looks wet you'll need to add more oats or nuts. You want it just moistened.Spread on greased baking pans.Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes stirring once. Do not brown at all unless you want it crispy instead of chewy.Pull from oven and let cool on pans.
