Here is how you make Granola:

Combine all ingredients except for dried fruit in mixing bowl. Spread on a pre-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring 3 times at roughly 4 minute intervals. Keep an eye on as the oats can burn. Once granola mixture is a golden color, remove from oven and let set 5 minutes. Add dried fruit of choice. Store in air tight container.
