How Long Does Deb's Granola Recipe Take To Cook?Deb's Granola takes 22 minutes to cook. How Many Servings Does Deb's Granola Recipe Make?Deb's Granola makes 20 servings. What Are The Ingredients For Deb's Granola Recipe? The ingredients for Deb's Granola are: 8 Cups Organic thick rolled oats or steel cut oats1.5 Cups ground spelt or whole wheat 2 tsp salt 1.5 Cups Dry roasted peanuts 1.5 Cups Chopped dried apricots 1 Cup Craisins/Raisins 1 Cup Raw honey 1 Cup Olive oil How Do I Make Deb's Granola? Here is how you make Deb's Granola: Combine all dry ingredients; oats, spelt/whole wheat, salt and peanuts in a large bowl, mix together. Add dried fruit and mix thorough with your hands to get all fruit mixed in with dry ingredients. Add olive oil and then honey- mix in best you can using a spoon. Cover and let sit on counter for 12 to 24 hours. This allows the dry ingredients to absorb the oil and honey. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Stir ingredients once more to make sure all is mixed well. Using parchment paper (this is VERY important) on a cookie sheet spread only enough granola to thinly cover the pan. Because I like my granola in clusters, I use a rolling pin and roll the granola flat, packing it down. If you don't like clusters, don't pack it down and stir halfway in the baking cycle- this will keep it crumbly. Bake at 325 degrees for about 22 to 25 minutes. This time can vary with oven and the amount you put on the cookie sheet. Mine is a little brown around the edges and soft in the middle but after it cools down the center is crunchy tooStore in airtight container in pantry, does not need refrigerated. enjoyServing Size: 1 CupNumber of Servings: 20Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user DEBBIE0186.What's The Nutritional Info For Deb's Granola? The nutritional information for Deb's Granola is:
