Other possible ingredients include oat or wheat bran, unsalted peanuts, coconut, chopped almonds. Bake for 8 minutes, stir, and bake for another 8 minutes.Measure oil in a clear measuring cup. Add molasses and honey directly into the oil so that it will slide out of the cup easily. Drizzle the mixture over the granola and stir carefully with a wooden spoon until all dry ingredients are moistened. Bake 8 minutes, stir, and bake another 8 minutes. Let cool before transferring to an airtight container. I like to eat this sprinkled with raisins and grapenuts.
