Here is how you make GrapeFruit Bar:

Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees. Puree garbanzo beans.Cook steel-cut oats and quinoa. Mix sugars together. Add in egg, and mix thoroughly.Add vanilla, salt, ginger, baking soda and baking powder and mix.Mix in pureed beans, grapefruits, cottage cheese and ground flaxseed.Add in the flours, steel-cut oats and quinoa Dough may be very viscous.Add in dried cherries, strawberries, and walnuts.Bake for approximately 40-60 minutes, in 2 9” cake pans.
