1 lb ground sausage ( i used Jenny O turkey sausage)


How Do I Make Rotel Grits?

Here is how you make Rotel Grits:

Cut Velveeta into cubes, and put in bottom of crock pot, then pour in can rotel over top. Cook sausage and drain, then pour the meat in crock. Cook grits according to package directions, then when finished add 1 stick of margarine, stir, then add to crock pot. Stir all ingredients together, and let cook in crock pot until melted together.
